Hockey is back

Hockey training is returning next week!

We will be running training sessions for members aged 13 plus from Monday, July 20 at the London Road pitch.

Hopefully, if these sessions go well, we will then roll out training to our junior members.

The sessions will run from 6.30pm to 7.30pm, £5 per session, all under rules of our governing body, EHB and COVID 19 guidelines. There will be up to 5 senior players with one coach, 13yrs upwards (four coaches) to a maximum group of 20. There will be two metre social distancing and hand sanitizers will be in place.

To book your place:

  1. Please download the Covid rules & training form and fill out the details.
  2. Email the form to Veronica Chamberlin at veronica.chamberlin@btinternet.com.
  3. Pay £5 by electronic banking by the Friday (July 17) at 5pm to confirm your place.
  4. Ensure you read the Covid-19 guidelines on the form before your session and the updated New club rules here.

Places will be available on a first-come, first-served basis with a waiting list.

Louth Hockey Club has been working hard over the last few weeks to prepare a plan to return to training in a safe way. Once these sessions with senior members are running smoothly, the club hopes to start sessions for our junior members. Please bear with us.
