Come and play in the Junior World Cup!

A fun-filled day of hockey-based activities run by qualified coaches, concluding with a mini-tournament linked to the upcoming Women’s World Cup in London.
For ages 7 to 11 years and all ability levels: 10am-3pm: £5 for the day. Please book early as limited spaces available. The day takes place at The Pavilion Astro, London Road, Louth, LN11 9QP.
You will need: suitable sports clothing including waterproofs, sunhat, suncream, packed lunch and drinks.
A consent/medical form can be downloaded from our website and brought on the day. The form and payment details can be found at www.louthhockeyclub.co.uk/news or find us on Facebook and Twitter. - Download the consent form Junior World Cup consent form (must be signed) and email (or post to address below) to treasurer@louthhockeyclub.co.uk

- Bring completed consent form on July 27th if not already sent.
